So I awoke quite early and got to the warehouse at 6:30, only to discover that
I left my badge at home! :face palm:
Two of the warehouse guys let me in to put my computer away, and since I'd never been to the warehouse that early, I checked on B and V's cubes but they were not yet in. K let me out and I drove home, got my badge, and did about an hour of work. Then I had yet another appointment. Now that I've switched medication, however, I don't know how necessary my appointments are. Fortunately, my next appointment is on a Monday I have off, so I won't be breaking apart my work day again. That is obviously good from a logical standpoint, but I think it will also be good from an emotional standpoint. When I go in to work, I have a veneer of professionalism and it takes some preparation in the morning and doesn't come off very easily. It is still me, it isn't fake or anything, but it tends to suppress things that are problematic for the time being. Maybe I am really getting better, but my appointments on the 18th and the 30th should be interesting.
After my appointment, I went to IHOP and got some Cheese Blintzes for my neighbor, B, and a Southwest Black Bean Chili and Cheese Omelet with pancakes. B has been rather generous with his food [not to mention he has a veritable grocery store in his cube] and got me a Jamba Juice Smoothie last week, so when he asked me to get him something, I acted all haughty, of course, but made the best decision in the end. He reacted almost exactly like I thought he would - it was awesome.
I ate all my food and was WARM
