Today was Tiff's birthday. I met Tiff by stumbling across her LJ via that old LJ picture feed page [pre-TFD]. I left a comment and she commented back. I've never met her in person, but I feel like I know her, and I've seen her go through a lot of tough times. She graduated from college and is now looking for that Real Job. I wish her all the good fortune in the world, but I know she'll make it. The title is from a comment someone left on her post today. | Today was Friday, finally, and I only really had to put in about 4 hours of work today to get to my total requirement of hours for this pay period. I also decided to forgo tights today, but I didn't like my choice of shirt. It was too light, and light colors make me appear bigger. I got in to work around 8:10 and went into the warehouse. I saw K first, and spoke with him about the project. He seemed to be in a much, much better mood today, and that was refreshing. R joined us after a while, and I spoke with both of them. I got my computer and printed some lists and actually did library work all day today. I sent three things to Deb, and made a lot of copies and scans. In fact, I learned how to use the copier/printer to scan things and send them. I left around 3 and went home to get my AC fixed and get my gym bag. I took a half hour nap, then went to the gym. My personal training session was good - I actually could do sit-ups! I also worked the hell out of my biceps, triceps, and leg muscles. |
After working out, I went home and had my protien drink and some other food. I realized I had forgotten to get the address of Clare's party tomorrow, so I emailed Brian.
