Pretty Normal

Today was a very normal day. I had stayed up too late the night before so I didn't go walking, but I had to work out that night, so it was ok. I talked with R late in the day. I worked on the procedure document a lot today too. I don't know if today was the day I decided on the major format change or not.

But then I went to work out, and, well, I documented all that stuff elsewhere, like here.
