We had to whack a guy

Ok, I only whacked a spider - actually, at least three this morning, and one when I got home tonight.

So I did two sets of 20 leg lifts this morning, got ready and went to work. It was an all day meeting, really, lots of talking, not enough digesting, then I did work at my desk for three hours. Then I went and worked out, talked with a co-worker while doing weights, and came home. Then, as I was sitting at home, there was rumbling, and I felt my second earthquake. Not "the big one" but A big one. 5.6, in the south bay area - well, south-east bay. Maybe still the east bay, but it was south of me.
