Maybe I should relax today too?

I woke up with a headache again today, and all I can point to now is caffiene withdrawal. I took a vicodin and had some food. I emailed R and told him I had a headache today and suggested dinner, but didn't mention that it sounds suspciously like a date because it is not my intention. I don't know if I should exercise today or not, especially with my headache.
