do 5 things this week that will make your life either easier or make you get over the asshole :p

1) Make an effort not to put yourself down - I don't know how this one works. I felt really good that the scale said that I've lost 20 pounds since December this morning and that I could tell my towel fit better around me. I need to work on my confidence at work too.

2) Find things to fill my time this weekend - talk to co-workers, ping the SANE list, make a couple of phone calls

3) I already made appointments for a therapist and a psychiatrist, I think that counts.

4) Clean my apartment tonight. Scratch that - doing yoga tonight, will clean my apartment later this week or weekend, for sure

5) Leaving open for now.....
